Terms and conditions
1. Provider and scope
DynoRaptors is provided by VENTING LABS TECH, S.A. DE C.V., Alfredo Chavero 222, Santa Teresita, Guadalajara, Jalisco, 44600, México. These terms govern our industrial monitoring service and authorized integrations with ChatGPT and Claude. A signed agreement or accepted order governs any specific commercial terms expressly agreed for your service.
2. Accounts and authorization
Provide accurate account information and access only data you are authorized to use. Company administrators control company and user access. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to soporte@dynoraptors.ai.
3. Service and data availability
Available features may include machine status, electricity measurements, downtime, counters and vibration. Availability depends on connected devices, connectivity, data retention, your subscription and permissions.
4. AI integrations
Connecting an external AI service requires authentication and consent. Our MCP integration is read-only: it cannot operate machines or change machine configuration. Company, user, machine and usage restrictions apply. Data returned through the integration is shared with the external provider you authorize, subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. OpenAI and Anthropic do not operate DynoRaptors.
5. Fees and usage limits
Applicable prices, taxes, payment conditions and usage limits are disclosed in your order, checkout or account. Completed MCP retrievals consume the Rex wallet at the applicable displayed rate; polling and failed retrievals are not charged. Connecting an integration does not itself create an additional subscription. Any renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law. 6. Customer data and privacy
You retain your rights in customer data. You authorize the processing needed to provide, secure and support the service and deliver the integrations you enable. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of your data. Personal data handling is described in our privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, access another company’s data without authorization, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or attempt to obtain service credentials. Report security concerns privately to support.
8. Measurements, AI and industrial safety
Measurements may be missing, delayed or inaccurate, and AI-generated analysis may be incorrect. Correlation in telemetry does not establish a physical failure cause. Independently verify findings before operational decisions. The service does not replace qualified personnel, protective equipment, safety interlocks, inspections or emergency procedures.
9. Availability and changes
Maintenance, connectivity problems and third-party outages may interrupt service. Service-level commitments apply only when separately agreed. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes where practicable, except when urgent security or legal requirements require immediate action.
10. Disconnecting and suspension
You may disconnect an integration through the external provider or have your company administrator revoke access. Revocation does not erase information already shared with an external provider or cancel your subscription. We may reasonably restrict access for security, legal compliance or nonpayment, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where practicable.
11. Responsibility
Each party remains responsible under applicable law and its agreements. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability or restrict non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Applicable law and updates
Mexican law applies without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact support first to seek resolution; disputes may be brought before the legally competent authorities or courts. We will notify you of material changes to these terms and request acceptance where required by law. These terms do not retroactively replace an existing signed agreement.
